Your in-depth knowledge allows you to educate guests and guide them towards personalized solutions, including treatment plans and product recommendations that translate to sales. You thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment and are passionate about helping guests achieve their skin goals.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Skin Educator will report to the Fig Bar Manager, and work cross-functionally with the other business units.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(7, 125, 67); font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for someone who has:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A passion for skin health</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Confidence and a natural ability to build connections</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A believer in Fig and our vision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Holds an Aesthetics certificate</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(7, 125, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Role responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Be a skincare expert:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span> </span>Perform thoughtful skin consultations, educate guests on treatments to address their skin concerns, and recommend personalized post-treatment skin regimens and products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deliver high-tech treatments:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span> </span>Deliver a variety of high-tech treatments, following the Fig protocols to ensure a consistently high standard of service in a professional atmosphere.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Drive products and membership sales</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">: Proactively educate guests about products, memberships, and promotions to drive sales to meet and exceed monthly Fig Bar sales targets. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Guest safety and satisfaction:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span> </span>Ensure guest safety, maintain accurate guest documentation and smooth flow of guest care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the Fig Bar environment:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span> </span>Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization and cleanliness of the Fig Bar.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Team collaboration:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span> </span>Partner with the Guest Experience and Medical teams to identify opportunities for enhanced experiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Engage the community:<span> </span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support community-building efforts by participating in events hosted at your Fig Bar location.
