    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">ESP is currently seeking a Staff Professional/Engineer with experience in Geotechnical Engineering and/or Construction Materials Testing/Special Inspection oversight for our Morrisville, North Carolina operations. The Project Manager will provide engineering and consulting services for a wide variety of projects and clients.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Staff Professional/Engineer will be involved in all phases of a project including proposal preparation, managing leading and/or performing field engineering and testing, engineering analysis, report writing, consultation, invoice preparation, client contact and correspondence.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technical analysis and reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review of deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance with loss prevention policies and company standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Providing oversight and mentorship to field staff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Client management duties&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review project plans, specifications and construction to verify compliance with project documents</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Develop scope, prepare proposals and cost estimates, track and evaluate project progress/budgets, and recommend changes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Providing consultation/evaluation for field related concerns</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performing engineering field evaluations and inspections</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position expectations include technical abilities in some or all the following:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shallow and deep foundation analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pavement design and analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Slope stability analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interpretation of laboratory test data&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Construction materials testing procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Special Inspection procedures and requirements</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in a related discipline</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">EIT is preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">0-5 years of experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong written/verbal communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company&rsquo;s driving (MVR) policy.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Corporate Information:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ESP is a multi-discipline engineering design and consulting firm providing our clients with civil engineering, surveying, planning/landscape architecture, geosciences, environmental, subsurface utility engineering, and construction engineering inspection.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Through years of dedicated service to our clients, ESP has received a designation of 195 on the 2025 ENR Top 500 Design Firm rankings.
