    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>BayCare Medical Group</strong>, the largest and most respected physician-led medical group in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking two dynamic <strong>Gastroenterologists</strong> to enhance and expand GI services at <strong>South Florida Baptist Hospital</strong>, a 146-bed hospital located in the growing community of <strong>Plant City, Florida.  </strong>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Some highlights of this exciting opportunity include:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>These are new positions to help meet the overwhelming need in the Plant City and surrounding communities.  </li>\n <li>South Florida Baptist Hospital is a brand-new replacement hospital that opened in the Spring of 2024.  </li>\n <li>The hospital includes three endoscopy suites with ample scheduling available, in addition to a full complement of scopes, and experienced endoscopy staff.  </li>\n <li>ER call responsibilities will be 1:4, shared with community Gastroenterologists.  The ER at South Florida Baptist Hospital is on schedule for 38,000 visits annually.  </li>\n <li>One single Hospitalist group onsite.</li>\n <li>The office is attached to the hospital, in a multi-specialty medical office suite.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We're looking for team-oriented, forward-thinking physicians dedicated to enhancing the patient experience with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Plant City, Florida:</strong></p>\n<p>Life in Plant City, Florida, offers a mix of small-town charm with a rich agricultural backdrop, situated in the heart of Florida's Hillsborough County.
