      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li>Directly supervises assigned technicians</li>\n<li>Responsible for motivating, mentoring, training, and providing constructive criticism to technicians</li>\n<li>Ability to perform all Back Shop Technician Duties &amp; Responsibilities</li>\n<li>Develop, optimize and prioritize workflow on all back shop processes</li>\n<li>Makes technical decisions regarding discrepancies and job flow</li>\n<li>Maintains high level of communication with internal and external customers on all assigned projects</li>\n<li>Inspects conditions of batteries, tires, and other accessories, and replaces/repairs components as needed.</li>\n<li>Ensures proper care of customer property at all phases of maintenance work.</li>\n<li>Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal toolbox.</li>\n<li>Understands and follows safety procedures and utilizes support equipment in a safe manner.</li>\n<li>Completes all documentation in an efficient and timely matter.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\n\n</ul></div>"

      "content": "\n<li>Minimum four (4) years’ experience working with general aviation airframes supported by Western Aircraft</li>\n<li>Entry level supervisory experience</li>\n<li>Airframe and Powerplant license preferred</li>\n<li>In lieu of an A&amp;P license, candidate must have the ability to obtain a Repairman’s Certification within six months of hire.</li>\n"
