    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are hiring a compassionate and experienced Clinical Service Manager to work with our clients at The Camp Recovery Center in Scotts Valley! This is a key role whose primary goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our adult clients who have co-occurring disorders (substance use disorder and mental health disorders). The Camp is a 74-bed treatment center providing services to adults on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE STATEMENT:</strong></p>\n<p>Plan, implement and coordinate the clinical services offered by the facility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Role Location : CALIFORNIA</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Calculated Salary Range for role Manager of Clinical Service</strong></p>\n<p><strong>State – California:</strong> $104,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year DOE</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<p>· Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned.</p>\n<p>· Provide oversight and monitor clinical services as it relates to service provision, treatment and access.</p>\n<p>· Review and analyze clinical and operational performance results. Develop plans for improvement as needed.</p>\n<p>· Provide staff management to including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.</p>\n<p>· Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs.</p>\n<p>· Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and reporting processes as appropriate.</p>\n<p>· Represent the company at meetings in the community.</p>\n<p>· Collaborate with other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative work environment.</p>\n<p>· Support compliance by adherence to accreditation standards as well as standards of funding agencies and licensing boards.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>OTHER FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<p>· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<p>· Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Psychiatric Nursing required.</p>\n<p>· Five or more years’ experience in behavioral health services with clinical experience with all target populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD) required.</p>\n<p>· Three or more years’ supervision experience required.</p>\n<p>· Management or administration experience and/or three years work experience in Utilization Management required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p>· Meet DWMHA credentialing requirements for professional practice Masters Level licensed behavioral health professional as QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) CMHP (Child Mental Health Professional), and QMRP. </p>\n<p>· Must possess a full license in one of the following disciplines: LLP/LP, LPC, LMSW, NP/RN.</p>\n<p>· CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).</p>\n<p>· First aid may be required based on state or facility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION:</strong></p>\n<p>Compensation for roles at <strong>THE CAMP RECOVERY CENTER</strong> varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
