Not only will you improve overall equipment effectiveness and breakdown recovery, you will also implement solutions that lead to continuous improvement.  Challenging your thinking to find the reason for a problem, you will be part of a culture that is committed to creating solutions and exceeding expectations.  As a member of our team, you will take pride in your safety mindset, attention to quality and excellent attendance. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ontario (433A) Industrial Mechanic Millwright License / Certificate of Qualification</li>\n <li>Inter-Provincial Red Seal endorsement considered an asset</li>\n <li>3 years experience as a Licensed Industrial Mechanic Millwright preferred </li>\n <li>trade experience in the manufacturing sector considered an asset</li>\n <li>basic computer skills</li>\n <li>positive attitude, reliable, motivated, good organizational skills, strong communication skills and strong attendance record</li>\n <li>additional education, training, dual tickets also considered assets</li>\n <li>experience with shift work considered an asset</li>\n <li>must be 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada</li>\n</ul>",
