All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>\n<h2>Duties, Responsibilities & Other</h2>\n<p><strong>Project Closeout Specialist (Remote) Part-Time</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Join our team as a Project Closeout Specialist supporting telecom project closeouts in a flexible, production-based remote role designed for detail-oriented, self-driven professionals.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Closeout Specialist to support the final closeout of telecom projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. The Project Assistant will play a key role in ensuring projects are accurately completed, properly coded, and successfully closed out in both internal and customer systems.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review final engineering and construction packages to ensure all CPR units are accurately captured for project closeout</li>\n <li>Verify correct coding to ensure costs are allocated to the appropriate accounting categories</li>\n <li>Process projects ready for closeout and move them through required workflows using Smartsheet</li>\n <li>Track and follow up on open items to ensure timely and complete project closeout</li>\n <li>Update customer systems to finalize and complete project closeouts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior working knowledge of OSP / ISP engineering principles required</li>\n <li>Understanding of telecom accounting principles</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret and manage multiple project types and requirements</li>\n <li>Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dependable with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a production-based environment</li>\n <li>Strong communication and quality control skills</li>\n <li>Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule with the ability to complete work within assigned timeframes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (telecom, project coordination, accounting, or related field)</li>\n <li>High school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a non-exempt position compensated using a production-based pay model. Compensation is tied to completed project closeout units; however, all hours worked must be accurately recorded in accordance with company policy and applicable wage and hour laws.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is a <strong>part-time, project closeout based, remote position</strong></li>\n <li>Pre-employment drug screening is required</li>\n <li>Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based on position</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.
