The role is ideal for candidates passionate about developing technical and leadership skills in a company specializing in custom switchgear and power control room solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><i><strong>1. Engineering and Design:</strong></i><br>• Assist in designing and reviewing electrical systems, switchgear, motor control centers, and powerhouses.<br>• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.<br>• Perform calculations, simulations, and system analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.<br><i><strong>2. Sales and Estimation:</strong></i><br>• Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and cost estimates.<br>• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.<br>• Participate in client meetings and presentations to gain insights into market needs.<br><i><strong>3. Project Management:</strong></i><br>• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects from inception to completion.<br>• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.<br>• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.<br><i><strong>4. Quality Assurance and Quality Control</strong></i><br>• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support the company’s Quality Management System.<br>• Perform factory inspections in accordance with standard test procedures to ensure products meet specifications and standards.<br>• Support customer Factory Acceptance Tests and the discrepancy closeout process.<br><i><strong>5. Production:</strong></i><br>• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to safety protocols.<br>• Gain hands-on experience with assembly, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.<br><i><strong>6.
