Drive operational excellence, process transformation, and client success while building and scaling high-performing teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You’ll Love This Job if You Like To: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage payments related processes, including patent annuities and trademark renewals lifecycle management across jurisdictions</li>\n<li>Ensure delivery aligned with SLAs, KPIs, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance standards</li>\n<li>Lead process transitions ensuring smooth onboarding, knowledge transfer, and stabilization</li>\n<li>Develop and implement process maps (AS-IS / TO-BE), SOPs, and governance frameworks for renewals operations</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives across annuities and renewals workflows</li>\n<li>Build and scale teams through strategic hiring, onboarding, and capability development</li>\n<li>Lead and manage multi-functional renewals teams (processing, QA), ensuring productivity and performance</li>\n<li>Act as primary client contact for renewals portfolios, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and service excellence</li>\n<li>Manage internal and external stakeholders, including client IP teams, law firms, agents, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams</li>\n<li>Lead governance calls, portfolio reviews, and escalation management</li>\n<li>Support business growth initiatives, including renewals solutioning, RFPs, and account expansion opportunities</li>\n<li>Oversee renewals operations on IP management platforms, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and system optimization</li>\n<li>Lead system transitions, migrations, and process transformation initiatives related to renewals</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with global IP renewal regulations, deadlines, and data security standards; proactively mitigate risks</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need to Be Successful:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of experience in Intellectual Property services, with strong focus on patent annuities and trademark renewals</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in global renewals processes, docketing, and IP lifecycle management</li>\n<li>Proven experience in operations leadership, process transitions, team building, and client management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Renewals &amp; annuities operations leadership</li>\n<li>Process mapping &amp; continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Team building &amp; people management</li>\n<li>Client &amp; stakeholder management (internal &amp; external)</li>\n<li>Strategic thinking with execution focus</li>\n<li>Strong communication and commercial acumen</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred / Good to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of AQX (Anaqua)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Success Metrics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>SLA adherence and renewal timeliness</li>\n<li>Accuracy and compliance in renewals processing</li>\n<li>Client satisfaction and retention</li>\n<li>Revenue growth and portfolio expansion</li>\n<li>Team productivity and engagement</li>\n<li>Process efficiency and automation impact</li>\n</ul>",
