          "text": "<p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p><ul><li>At least <strong>2&#xa0;years of experience</strong> working with individuals who have challenging behaviors, such as physical or verbal aggression, property destruction, or self-injury.</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li><strong>Passion for Helping Others</strong>: Experience with mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety) is a plus.</li><li>Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.</li><li>Good communication is key in this role.
