      "content": "<div><strong>Warehouse &amp; Consignment Operations</strong><br>● Own the end-to-end warehouse operation, including intake, authentication, inventory management, storage, fulfillment, and outbound logistics<br>● Oversee consignment lifecycle from product intake through listing, sale, and consignor payout, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage<br>● Ensure all inbound shipments are received, processed, and recorded accurately against purchase orders and inventory systems<br>● Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and throughput to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability<br>● Maintain strict inventory control standards, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring real-time data accuracy across systems<br>● Establish and enforce SOPs across all warehouse and consignment processes</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Authentication, Intake &amp; Inventory Control</strong><br>● Oversee authentication processes to ensure all goods meet Stadium Goods’ quality and authenticity standards<br>● Manage intake operations, ensuring timely and accurate product listing and system entry<br>● Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and system errors<br>● Partner with Product and Tech teams to surface bugs, workflow gaps, and system improvements impacting operations</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Workforce Management</strong><br>● Lead, develop, and scale a team of warehouse supervisors, specialists, and associates<br>● Own workforce planning, scheduling, and labor optimization to meet volume demands and SLAs<br>● Train and coach team members on operational standards, systems, and performance expectations<br>● Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Performance Management &amp; Operational Excellence</strong><br>● Define, track, and report on key operational KPIs (e.g., intake speed, listing accuracy, fulfillment SLAs, inventory accuracy)<br>● Implement performance management frameworks to ensure consistent achievement of operational targets<br>● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance scalability<br>● Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on operational performance</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><br>● Partner with Supply teams to align intake capacity with inventory acquisition strategies<br>● Collaborate with Ecommerce and Merchandising teams to ensure product readiness&nbsp;and optimal listing quality<br>● Work closely with Finance on payment accuracy, invoice coding, and consignor payouts<br>● Align with Customer Experience teams to resolve consignor and customer issues quickly and effectively<br>● Act as the central operational link between warehouse execution and broader business strategy</div>"

      "content": "<div>● 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or resale environments<br>● Proven experience managing end-to-end operational workflows, including inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain processes<br>● Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop, and scale high-performing teams<br>● Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and process optimization<br>● Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions<br>● Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems; proficiency in Excel or similar tools<br>● Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on accuracy and execution<br>● Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders</div>"

      "text": "NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW ",
      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 AND $90,000 [annual]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
