    "description_html": "<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist and Nurses to join our Respiratory Therapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to residents in a long term care setting, with a focus on pediatrics and young adults. This position will be at <b>Especially Kidz in Shelbyville, Indiana</b></p><p><b>Previous ventilator and Tracheostomy experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train you on site!</b></p><p>- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans</p><p>- Administer and documentation of respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians</p><p>- Monitor and record vital signs, such as oxygen saturation levels and heart rate</p><p>- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management</p><p>- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care</p><p>- Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as needed</p><p>Requirements:<br>- Certified RRT, CRT, RCP or LPN<br>- Current Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferred<br>- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology<br>- Basic life support certification required</p><p>Respiratory Therapy Students are welcome to apply!</p><p>Benefits:<br>- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications<br>- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance<br>- Continuing education opportunities for professional development</p><p>This position is for a Full Time or Part Time position with rotating weekends.
