We're always eager to welcome new talent who can bring fresh ideas and help us grow.</p><p><b>Partner with the best</b></p><p>Use your technical expertise to optimize Guardicore, enhancing security with micro-segmentation, ZTNA, and DNS Firewall protection.</p><p>As a Technical Account Manager Senior, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Acting as the dedicated technical resource, assisting the customer with platform configuration and use case strategy</li><li class=\"lst\">Advising technical challenges and collaborate with Guardicore's services and support teams to ensure speedy resolution</li><li class=\"lst\">Creating a complete picture of a customer's environment, processes and deployment characteristics</li><li class=\"lst\">Developing a success plan to align with customer objectives, driving value and growth for the customer</li><li class=\"lst\">Advocating for customers by coordinating with product, support, and services teams for long-term success.</li><li class=\"lst\">Maintain operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health</li></ul><p><b>Do what you love</b></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Have experience Enterprise Networking, Cyber Security or DevOps, in a customer facing role</li><li class=\"lst\">Demonstrate a working knowledge of networking protocols and basic cyber security principles</li><li class=\"lst\">Have troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments</li><li class=\"lst\">Experience in building solutions with basic scripting and API (i.e. Python and REST)</li><li class=\"lst\">Proven ability to build relationships across all levels, from CISO to security engineers.</li><li class=\"lst\">Demonstrate communication and presentation skills</li></ul><p><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></p><p>FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
