As an HVAC or Plumbing Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost and scope of HVAC and/or plumbing projects for commercial and industrial clients. You will work closely with our sales team, project managers, and customers to understand project requirements and provide detailed estimates to support bidding and project planning.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> - Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand HVAC and/or plumbing project requirements.<br> - Conduct on-site visits to assess existing systems and gather necessary information for estimating.<br> - Analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to determine equipment, material, and labor requirements for HVAC and/or plumbing components.<br> - Collaborate with the sales team and project managers to develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.<br> - Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC and/or plumbing projects, including equipment selection, labor costs, material costs, and project timelines.<br> - Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with each project and communicate them effectively.<br> - Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing for HVAC and/or plumbing materials and services.<br> - Prepare and present estimates to customers, highlighting key details, pricing breakdowns, and project specifications.<br> - Participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure a smooth transition from estimation to project execution.<br> - Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation for HVAC and/or plumbing projects.<br> - Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and changes in regulations related to HVAC and/or plumbing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date estimates.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Join our team and become part of a dynamic and growing company that values its employees and provides opportunities for professional growth.
