Individuals who exhibit advanced proficiency through their work experience, education, and certifications may qualify for the higher grade.</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Please be aware that this position can be based at any of our service centers.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>As our Project Coordinator, a typical day might include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides oversight of natural gas transmission and distribution infrastructure construction projects</li>\n <li>Analyzes costs, benefits for specific construction projects, and evaluates alternatives to ensure cost effectiveness of construction projects.</li>\n <li>Maintains customer satisfaction through timely and thorough communication with individual customers, municipalities, and other governmental agencies at pre-con meetings and throughout the project (such as state DOTs, counties, etc.)</li>\n <li>Contributes to the achievement of a project’s safety, quality, financial, and schedule goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>This might be the job for you if:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>You enjoy interpreting pipeline contracts and negotiating the application of contractual items with external service providers</li>\n <li>You possess the capability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers</li>\n <li>You have a&nbsp;customer focused mindset with a proven ability to respond quickly to customer satisfaction, municipalities, and governmental agencies.</li>\n <li>You have&nbsp;strong organizational skills and excellent follow through skills</li>\n <li>You have a passion for prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Project Coordinator, I</p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<ul>\n <li>0 years of industrial construction experience with related degree</li>\n <li>2 years of industrial construction experience with no degree</li>\n <li>Vocational degree or certificate in a technical field preferred</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license required</li>\n <li>Basic MS Word, Excel, Outlook</li>\n <li>Basic interpretation of design drawings and specifications</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of piping construction techniques and welding</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Project Coordinator, II</p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of industrial construction, engineering or operations</li>\n <li>4 years of industrial construction experience with no degree</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in project coordination on small industrial construction projects</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in supporting large projects $10MM-$50MM</li>\n <li>Ability to lead small projects up to $5MM</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Basic construction management and contract administration, and construction safety</li>\n <li>Basic MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and internal cost management and work management systems</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of gas industry and OSHA regulations and their impact on construction processes</li>\n <li>Intermediate knowledge of piping construction techniques, welding, fusion; basic knowledge of NDE, excavation, compaction, coating, inspection, pressure testing, pigging/cleaning</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Project Coordinator, III</p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<ul>\n <li>4 years of industrial construction, engineering or operations</li>\n <li>6 years of experience with no degree</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in project coordination on medium to large industrial construction projects</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in leading small projects up to $5MM</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Intermediate construction management, contract administration, and construction safety; basic CPM scheduling</li>\n <li>Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, GIS, and internal cost management and work management systems&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Effective written and verbal communication with supervision, contractors, inspectors, public, management, and company leadership</li>\n <li>Intermediate knowledge of gas industry and OSHA regulations and their impact on construction processes</li>\n <li>Intermediate knowledge of piping construction techniques, welding, fusion NDE, excavation, compaction, coating, inspection, pressure testing, pigging/cleaning; basic knowledge of tapping/stopping, purging, flow interruption&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>This is a field-based position and work location is variable based on the location of the project.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Project Coordinator may be required to be on the job site during construction hours. Long workdays and weekend work may &nbsp; &nbsp;be required.
