In this role you will treat our cloud infrastructure as a product and our internal developers as your customers. Your mission is to make the right path the easiest path: building self-service tooling, automated guardrails, and a platform experience that lets engineers move fast without breaking things.You will enable engineering teams by automating infrastructure, optimising CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring platform reliability and performance. You will play a key role in driving Platform Engineering best practices, improving developer productivity, and fostering operational excellence through infrastructure-as-code and modern tooling.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(30, 30, 30); font-size: 12pt\">Kubernetes &amp; Containerisation: Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, Helm &amp; CI/CD for containerised workloads.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana &amp; ELK to monitor Kubernetes resources and Java workloads.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Source Control &amp; CI/CD: GitHub &amp; GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operating Systems: Ansible and AWS tooling to manage Unix environments (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Backend Development: Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying backend services in Java; scripting for ad-hoc problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Cloud Infrastructure: AWS/Cloud services and best practices, including the AWS Well-Architected Framework.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">4+ years of relevant work experience as a Developer building/running Java or C# applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years deploying, managing, and rightsizing Kubernetes clusters, resources, and underlying infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years designing and operating public cloud environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience using GitOps/CI-CD workflows for infrastructure as code and Helm workload deployments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A product mindset for internal tooling: ability to identify developer pain points and build platform solutions that address them at scale.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26);
