This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in confined spaces for extended periods, and a willingness to travel as needed. You will be an integral part of the flight crew, ensuring that data is collected accurately and in accordance with client requirements.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate and monitor aerial sensors during flight to collect high-quality data for various projects (e.g., mapping, surveying, reconnaissance).</li>\n<li>Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight sensor equipment checks to ensure all systems are functioning properly.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with pilots and other crew members to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.</li>\n<li>Analyze collected data and provide timely reports to clients and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Maintain and troubleshoot sensor equipment as needed to minimize downtime and ensure accurate data capture.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during flight operations.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards during all operations.</li>\n<li>Document data collection processes and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in relevant fields (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, aviation) is preferred.</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in sensor operations, data collection, or a related field preferred.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with aerial sensors and data collection technologies.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a confined aircraft for extended periods (3-5 hours per flight).</li>\n<li>Strong technical and analytical skills, with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel and work in various locations, including remote areas.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with pilots and other crew members.<br></li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot and maintain sensor equipment as needed.</li>\n</ul>",
