      "content": "<li>Manage project with the capability and initiative to successfully execute projects while directing/mentoring a project team and maintaining strong client relationships </li><li>Promote safety in all aspects of the project and participate in all required safety activities</li><li>Plan, estimate budget, coordinate and direct engineering activities for multi-department projects of any size</li><li>Manage, coordinate, and administer a project from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up and closeout </li><li>Manage a portfolio of client projects with one or more Project Engineers or Project Managers assigned to support the execution of the portfolio</li><li>Availability to address project emergencies outside of core business hours</li><li>Travel to client and vendor sites for meetings, inspections and information gatherings</li><li>Review and approve invoices to the client, as well as manage estimates, schedules, and reports being sent to the client&nbsp; </li><li>Develop new client accounts and maintain existing business relationships with client counterparts and management team</li><li>Assist Business Development in business related activities; become highly integrated in client activities so you can have reliable information for upcoming projects and intel for project award</li><li>Provide mentorship for Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers</li><li>Accountable to implement the Valdes A&amp;E Quality Procedures throughout project execution</li><li>Commit to and meet project deadlines, and driven to provide outstanding service to both external and internal customers</li><li>All other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li>"

      "content": "<li>Bachelor's Degree in one of the Engineering disciplines or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience in the agri-chem industry is required</li><li>10-15 years of related experience in project engineering or project management, or equivalent experience in one of the engineering disciplines with cross training in project execution</li><li>15+ years of related experience in project engineering or project management with 5-10 years supervisory experience</li><li>Experience managing a project from inception to completion</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work with tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to travel to client sites out of town</li><li>Willing to accept on-site client assignments out of town</li><li>MS Project and Primavera experience preferred</li><li>Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li>Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future</li>"
