This full-time opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong Encompass experience and a customer-focused approach to loan processing.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will bring 3+ years of mortgage processing experience, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and work effectively with loan officers and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is based in the Westborough, MA area and offers the potential for a hybrid or primarily remote work arrangement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Experience Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of mortgage processing experience</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Encompass Loan Origination Software</li>\n<li>Experience with State Housing loan programs</li>\n<li>Non-QM loan experience a PLUS</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and see files through to completion</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities</li>\n<li>Accountability for managing loan production and pipeline flow</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of mortgage fundamentals, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Conventional, USDA, and VA loan programs</li>\n<li>Income calculations</li>\n<li>Running AUS and interpreting findings</li>\n<li>Reviewing guidelines and resolving complex loan scenarios</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>High level of computer and software proficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication via phone, email, and text throughout the loan process</li>\n<li>Provide timely, knowledgeable responses to client inquiries while collaborating closely with internal Northpoint teams</li>\n<li>Set up and disclose new loan files; request, review, and clearly explain required documentation, including initial disclosures</li>\n<li>Proactively communicate loan status updates and address borrower questions or concerns</li>\n<li>Follow up on outstanding documentation and establish deadlines to ensure efficient and timely pipeline movement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span> is commensurate with experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Laurie Nelson</span>, Business Development Manager, is available for confidential, immediate interviews. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Phone:</span> 603-762-9010 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Email:</span> l<a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[email protected]</a></p>",
