    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp; **PROOF OF US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED**<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" id=\"isPasted\"><br><br><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"> <strong>Electronic Assembler II &ndash; Final Assembler</strong><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>Use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble parts, pieces, modules, and/or components to required specifications for Navigation Aides, Surveillance Radios, and other Products as required.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>Before Assembly&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ensure work-station is in proper working order (clean, well-lit, well-ventilated, tools ready, personal protective equipment is applied, etc.)</li><li>Review BOM&rsquo;s or Work Orders for each project, take inventory of parts &amp; materials, and make determinations of acceptance/rejection for parts based on quality of workmanship&nbsp;</li><li>Review wiring charts, diagrams, engineering assembly drawings, or other schematics to understand board layout, proper placement, and orientation, and take any needed measurements</li><li>Prepare solder pot (pre-tin soldering iron, pre-tin parts as needed, etc.)&nbsp;</li></ul><p>During Assembly</p><ul><li>Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, &amp; vision magnification to:<ol><li>Complete mechanical assembles as needed</li><li>Cut wire and vinyl tubing to length</li><li>Insert component parts (such as resistors, diodes, LED&rsquo;s, integrated circuits, dip sockets, PLCC sockets, capacitors, inductors, transistors, voltage regulators, microchips, etc.) into Circuit Boards or Printed Circuit Boards (PCB&rsquo;s)</li><li>Install connectors to correct polarity and pinout specifications</li><li>Operate wire crimps and inspect terminals for proper crimp</li><li>Combine sheet metal, PCB&rsquo;s, cables, or harnesses to produce modules</li><li>Assemble components and modules up to the top system or &ldquo;cabinet level&rdquo;, according to Institute for Printed Circuits (IPC) and Indra standards</li><li>Make sure systems and sub-systems meet industry and established specifications</li><li>Make any necessary corrections (remove/replace elements, remove/reapply soldering, check connections, measure battery voltage &amp; polarity, etc.)</li><li>Ensure timely product delivery, by adhering to deadlines per Scope of Work agreements</li><li>Perform any other required job duties as assigned</li></ol></li></ul><p>After Assembly</p><ul><li>Complete any re-work as necessary when prompted by other stakeholder departments</li><li>Interface with our Engineering and Production departments for product reliability</li><li>File Engineering Change Orders (ECO&rsquo;s), with supervisor approval, when needed</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)</li><li>18+ months experience in Electronics Assembly</li><li>Trained to IPCA610 or equivalent standard, is desired</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to pass a U.S. government background check investigation.</li><li>Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.&nbsp;</li><li>Lifting of heavy test equipment and systems up to 30lbs individually.</li><li>Appropriate manual dexterity needed to work with variety of hand and power tools. &nbsp;</li><li>Vision correctable to 20-20, with no color blindness or color vision deficiency. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>May involve long periods of standing on one&rsquo;s feet.</li><li>For successful performance of this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
