          "text": "<p>To provide VIP service and amenities to premium players.&#xa0; Support property and department marketing initiatives through guest service, telemarketing, and other tasks as directed.</p><ul><li>Greet guests and provide information to preferred customers at the hotel or VIP Services desk.</li><li>Operate hotel reservation computer system to check guests in an out of hotel and accept payment.</li><li>Access computerized slot &amp; pit tracking system as directed by casino marketing or other authorized management.</li><li>Follow proper phone etiquette and communicate effectively with hotel services and &#xa0;other staff.</li><li>Assist marketing departments with special events, tournaments, distributing VIP gifts, hosting special events and tournament parties.</li><li>Operate fax &amp; copier machines for preferred customers.</li><li>Type accurately on a computer with a minimum speed of 30 wpm.</li><li>Prepare VIP Lounge:&#xa0; Make coffee, stock refrigerator, monitor lounge food and beverage and notify kitchen when replenishment is needed, unlock doors and drawers, keep work areas neat and clean.</li><li>Maintain inventory of amenity and office supplies.</li><li>Input information into spread sheets or cut comps as directed.</li><li>Possess ability to add, subtract, and audit accounts using a 10-key adding machine.</li><li>Handle money accurately following established procedures.</li><li>Possess knowledge of rates, room types, room availability, instructions for the day or week, hotel policies and procedures, and Sargent Key system.</li><li>Assist with telemarketing as directed by management.</li></ul>",
