          "text": "<p><strong>What you need</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in interior design completed.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including significant experience in project management (multi-phase, multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management, scheduling, issue assessment, risk management, etc.).</li><li>Experience in managing budgets and timelines.</li><li>Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients, developers, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in Revit (a strong asset).</li><li>Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments.</li><li>Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.</li></ul>",
