This role includes a variety of tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Schedule and hours will vary.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>General Duties:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.</li>\n <li>Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.</li>\n <li>Cleaning tasks range from high dusting, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, floor care, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a medical setting preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.</li>\n <li>Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Our Values:</u></p>\n<p>Native American Owned & Proud | Accountable | Team Focused | Innovative | Visionary | Excellence</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>AAP/EEO Statement</p>\n<p>Ho-Chunk, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
