As part of the PCM team, the Product Photography Specialist works with various business managers, PCM team members and business partners for producing a wide range of product photography that will be featured on our websites.&nbsp; You’ll use your strong attention to detail and solid work ethic daily in our production environment.&nbsp; Your strong technical knowledge and experience will help you navigate through your daily workload which includes balancing multiple projects and photography set-ups.&nbsp; Your desire to learn and grow, while maintaining consistent and high-quality imagery and production minimums, will help you and our team be successful.&nbsp; This person needs to be a results-oriented, team player with a passion for sports.</span><br><br><strong>H</strong><span><strong>ow You Will Make an Impact:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>participating in a production-based environment daily and frequently working with cross-functional partners such as product line managers and digital imaging assistants.</span></li>\n <li><span>styling apparel and photographing product, using Fanatics image standards.</span></li>\n <li><span>maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.</span></li>\n <li><span>minimizing the need for post-production work by producing the highest quality image possible.</span></li>\n <li><span>using continuous lighting photography and working with various tethering software.</span></li>\n <li><span>capturing the uniqueness and important features of products.</span></li>\n <li><span>digitally manipulating and organizing images in preparation for image outsourcing.</span></li>\n <li><span>light image retouching and color correction as needed, including manipulating photos to achieve high-quality outcomes.</span></li>\n <li><span>image file management and organization.</span></li>\n <li><span>absorbing constructive feedback to provide the best quality image and expedite turnaround times.</span></li>\n <li><span>preparing product for set, including steaming, removing packaging and cleaning product</span></li>\n <li><span>Cross functional and special project duties, as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span><strong>What You Bring to the Team:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span><u>Education and Experience</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>BA/BS preferred&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>1-2 years of professional experience in photo studio environment with a portfolio of previous work&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>A professional photography portfolio that demonstrates your knowledge of digital photography including lighting, composition, color quality and aesthetics across an array of environments, including editorial, catalog and e-commerce.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><u>Skillset and abilities</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Expert knowledge of PC and Apple products, as well as current working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud and Canon camera system.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent knowledge of, and practical experience with professional photography equipment, studio lighting practices, and professional lighting equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>working understanding of photography workflows, styling techniques and file delivery practices.</span></li>\n <li><span>working knowledge with Photoshop scripts and actions</span></li>\n <li><span>superb communications skills, both verbal and written.</span></li>\n <li><span>the ability to perform frequent movements such as standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, and kneeling</span></li>\n <li><span>Capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously under pressure with concurrent and/or conflicting deadlines&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong communication skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong organizational skills&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong interpersonal skills enabling the individual to interact effectively with various levels of individuals.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work effectively solo or in a team environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span><i>At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
