Integration</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department                             </span>Endless Surf (ES)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location</span>                              Vancouver, BC</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to                                </span>Chief Operating Officer - Endless Surf</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purpose</span><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Endless Surf projects globally, from contract award through construction, commissioning, and operational launch.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is not a traditional construction role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll oversee the civil engineering, construction, commissioning and integration of Endless Surf’s proprietary wave systems within large-scale resort, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, coordinating across engineering, construction, operations, and client teams to construct deliver world-class surf destinations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll play a critical role in helping scale one of the most exciting growth companies in surf and experiential development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Up To<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of global Endless Surf projects</li>\n<li>Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls to drive design coordination and technical documentation to ensure constructability, sequencing, design compliance, and alignment with overall project schedules</li>\n<li>Manage construction execution, procurement, commissioning, and operational launch</li>\n<li>Act as the primary interface between Endless Surf, developers, consultants, and contractors</li>\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and operationally ready on Day 1</li>\n<li>Help establish scalable project delivery systems, governance, and reporting standards as the company grows internationally<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience – Hard Skills Qualify You</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years leading complex commercial construction or infrastructure projects</li>\n<li>Strong experience managing multidisciplinary systems integration and project delivery</li>\n<li>Post-secondary education in engineering (civil, structural, industrial, mechanical and/or electrical), construction management, or related field</li>\n<li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications</li>\n<li>Formally trained in PMP or equivalent project management principles</li>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen, including contract execution, cost control, and cash flow management</li>\n<li>Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, Excel, SharePoint;
