Other duties may be assigned.</p><p><br></p><p>· Supervise daily receiving operations, including incoming fruit, packaging, and materials.</p><p>· Assign and monitor tasks for receiving clerks and forklift operators.</p><p>· Ensure all product is received, labeled, and logged accurately and promptly.</p><p>· Coordinate closely with Inventory, QC, and Production to communicate arrivals and issues.</p><p>· Support pre-season preparation and end-of-season reconciliation efforts.</p><p>· Maintain receiving logs, records, and traceability data for audits and internal use.</p><p>· Monitor receiving area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.</p><p>· Train receiving staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and food safety policies.</p><p>· Resolve discrepancies with deliveries, damaged goods, or mislabeling.</p><p>· Verify quality, condition, and documentation (e.g., bills of lading, field tags, lot codes).</p>",
