      "content": "\n<li>Technical degree is preferred; high school diploma required.</li>\n<li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining or related field.</li>\n<li>Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC programming and machining protocols.</li>\n<li>Experience with controllers, machine tools, and fixture design is preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience working with ISO-9000 2015 standards.</li>\n<li>Metal cutting experience is essential.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and supervise daily operations.</li>\n<li>Willingness to wear multiple hats and manage variety in daily work.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>\n"
