With nearly 2,000 team members around the world, and a rich legacy spanning more than 70 years, Versar Global Solutions delivers a broad array of planning, analysis and risk management solutions, project and program management, operations and maintenance services, and information technology applications for environmental management and remediation projects, mission critical facilities and installations, and in support of readiness and contingency operations.</p><p><strong>Who&nbsp;You Are:</strong></p><p>Versar Global Services is currently looking for a full-time Fuel Dispatcher/Computer Operator IV (DCO) to fill a position at our location at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV. This position will be permanent.</p><p>Under the daily supervision of the Terminal Manager. The DCO will dispatch fuel trucks/drivers as necessary and record fueling activity into the Fuels Manager Defense (FMD) program. Additionally, the DCO will receive flight schedules from each unit operating on base and produce a rough draft of the daily staffing and flight activity for management review and approval.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and maintain the Fuels Control Center to include dispatching, maintaining communication with MOCC and expediter.</li><li>Know all checklist and Emergency procedures.</li><li>Refuel Aircraft on occasion.</li><li>Know how to collect data for inventory purposes.</li><li>Monitor fuel inventory management systems; maintain delivery schedule for keep-full customers.</li><li>Use dispatching software to create the daily dispatch of fuel deliveries.</li><li>Monitor planning board for efficient on-time deliveries.</li><li>Answer driver calls regarding load requirements and customer calls.</li><li>Analyze daily product delivery requirements for fuel operations; prepare and assign driver work schedules, while maximizing equipment utilization; route deliveries to minimize delays caused by customer requirements and issues and traffic congestion.</li><li>Provide excellent service experience for customers: investigate and take necessary action to quickly resolve customer service issues.</li><li>Immediately report and document all accidents, injuries, spills, mixes, security issues, unsafe conditions or other incidents to the Health and Safety Manager.</li><li>Create and maintain a Safety Culture; ensure all transportation operations comply with all facility, company, state and federal rules and DOT regulations.</li><li>On a daily basis maintain accurate fleet availability</li><li>Prepare and submit reports or other verifying documentation as required for both local contract requirements and Versar Global Services&#39;&nbsp;requirements.</li><li>Understands and abides by the standards set forth for ethical behavior and integrity as detailed in the Code of Business Conduct.</li><li>Must be able to also work the following as needed: weekends; holiday work; shifts as required to maintain 24-hour/7-day operations.</li><li>Performs all other duties prescribed by management.</li></ul><p><strong>What&nbsp;You&rsquo;ll Bring:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Two years&#39; experience working in a DoD Fuels specialty or civilian equivalency.</li><li>Fuels military equivalent certified qualifications.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain airfield Competency Card.</li><li>Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.</li><li>Knowledge of FMD9 and BSME systems</li><li>Be experienced in the accounting and inventory requirements of DoD 4140.25M</li><li>Must have basic computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft office suite software package <span style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px;
