Your role is a blend of high-level technical expertise and strategic leadership, where you serve as a pillar for large-scale multidisciplinary projects across Ontario and beyond.</p><p>You will lead critical hydrogeological studies for municipal and industrial water supply while designing and overseeing innovative groundwater systems and advanced wellfield solutions. Beyond the technical scope, you will play a key role in driving integrated solutions through close collaboration with our engineering and infrastructure teams, all while mentoring the next generation of talent and influencing our business development strategies.</p><p><strong><em>Given that this is a candidate pool, please be advised that the process may vary and is open-ended. Our Talent Acquisition team will review each application and contact you at the appropriate time, if applicable.</em></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead hydrogeological studies related to groundwater supply, including aquifer characterization, pumping tests, and resource evaluations.</li><li>Design and oversee groundwater supply wells and wellfield systems.</li><li><strong>Modeling &amp; Analysis:</strong> Develop and review numerical groundwater flow models (e.g., MODFLOW) to assess long-term system behavior and sustainability.</li><li><strong>Field Leadership:</strong> Plan and supervise complex field investigation programs, including drilling, aquifer characterization, and large-scale pumping tests.</li><li><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance:</strong> Analyze hydrogeological and water quality data to ensure the rigor of technical reports and provincial permit applications.</li><li><strong>Client Advisory:</strong> Act as a trusted partner for our clients, actively participating in project reviews and contributing to strategic proposals.</li></ul>",
