We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<strong>YOU&nbsp;</strong>to join our team!</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong>You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;</span><span>a variety of functions related to residential living programs, which includes a safe and homelike atmosphere, dormitory management and maintenance, dorm culture, student safety and security, dorm culture &nbsp;and peer court systems in compliance with government and management directives.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department.</span></li>\n <li><span>Hire, train, and coach staff within the department.</span></li>\n <li><span>Establish, implement and supervise control procedures to maximize student living standard, coordinate student participation.</span></li>\n <li><span>Inspect dormitories for quality standards, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any facility issues.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide support and guidance to staff in dealing with student behavior and resolving individual or group issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate and control group living conditions, evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Conduct residential living activities which promote improved center performance statistics, particularly retention factors.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Associate degree</span></li>\n <li><span>Two (2) years experience working with youth and two (2) years supervisor experience.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.</span><span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
