You'll work across industries, tackle a wide mix of commercial disputes, and get the kind of hands-on experience that builds careers fast. </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>You'll be embedded in active commercial litigation matters from filing through trial,  not watching from the sidelines. That means drafting motions and pleadings, conducting legal research that shapes case strategy, and preparing documents for commercial transactions and entity formations. You'll interact directly with clients, learning how to translate complex legal analysis into clear, actionable advice.
