Custodian/Floor Specialist

Overview: Otterbein has an employment opportunity for a Custodian / Floor Care Specialist . Come show off your skills where you can work with your heart and make a difference! The Floor Care /Specialist provides a clean, safe environment for residents, guests and employees. Under the direction and supervision of the housekeeping supervisor/manager, completes scheduled/assigned project tasks such as floor stripping/refinishing, carpet extraction, wall washing, etc. Performs general custodial duties.
