Project Managers have complete responsibility for project performance, customer satisfaction, and managing a project from start to completion </p>\n<h2>WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU</h2>\n<p>We are pleased to provide our associates with a holistic compensation and benefits package which includes: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Traditional and Roth 401k</li>\n <li>1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage</li>\n <li>100% paid parental leave</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>A DAY IN THE LIFE</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout </li>\n <li>Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget</li>\n <li>Participate in the proposal meeting with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees </li>\n <li>Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors</li>\n <li>Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule</li>\n <li>Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work/contracts, project schedule, and site logistics plan</li>\n <li>Lead preconstruction planning meetings with all designers, subcontractors and vendors aimed at solving potential constructability, sequencing, and/or manpower issues </li>\n <li>Lead weekly/bi-weekly OAC meetings on-site once construction begins to review progress and address challenges directly with client</li>\n <li>Track and manage project performance vs budget; prepare owner pay applications, cost status, and progress billing reports </li>\n <li>Local travel to project sites within the Dallas is required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration  </li>\n <li>3-10 years' of construction management or engineering design experience </li>\n <li>Previous experience leading municipality and utility projects is preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>MAKE YOUR MOVE</h2>\n<p>S&B Services does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiting agencies.
