This highly anticipated concept will feature culinary leadership by Daniel Ontiveros, mixology by Francesco Lafranconi, and a premium, immersive design by Rockwell Group led by David Rockwell. We are now hiring Front of House and Back of House professionals to join a restaurant built on craft, hospitality, and excellence. Carver Road Hospitality invests in, develops, and operates award-winning restaurants, lounges, and lifestyle experiences across New York City, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Boston, and beyond. Position Summary
The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses.
Duties and Responsibilities
Aides in cleaning inside and outside the venue.
Properly stores and removes garbage and soiled linens.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish station, the kitchen and the BOH area in accordance with Health Department.
Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of the dish machine.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies.
Communicates product needs to the chefs and/or purchaser.
Properly sets-up dish station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
Our Ideal Candidate
Candidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
Working environment may include exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
