Develop, implement, and monitor safety strategies that promote a safe and healthy workplace. Identify employee safety training needs and plan for training and other methods to achieve desired results. &nbsp;Communicate with your safety team members, supervisors, and managers to obtain or maintain compliance with applicable regulations. Other responsibilities include:</span></p><ul><li><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Set up and oversee the company&#39;s EHS management system, ensuring compliance with national laws and the group&#39;s regulations.</span></li><li><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Responsible for establishing and attaining annual EHS targets.</span></li><li><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Manage daily EHS operations, including plant construction, special equipment, occupational health and safety, and waste management.
