Foxtons is building a strong business, with strong brands, in Berkshire and we are the first step in that journey.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Person Specification</span></p>\n<p>Interest or experience in Lettings or property</p>\n<p>Dynamic and self-motivated</p>\n<p>People first attitude with good interpersonal skills</p>\n<p>Ability to work in a fast paced, empowering culture</p>\n<p>Excellent verbal and written communication</p>\n<p>The ability to provide excellent customer service at all times</p>\n<p>Attention to detail and organisation skills</p>\n<p>Good local knowledge desirable</p>\n<p>Full Manual Driving Licence</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>Management of your own and shared email inboxes</p>\n<p>Answering inbound calls</p>\n<p>Updating the CRM system with new applicants, appointments and viewings</p>\n<p>Booking valuations</p>\n<p>Conducting viewings and seeking offers</p>\n<p>Objection handling</p>\n<p>Identifying and maximising cross selling opportunities</p>\n<p>Providing the best advice and service to the customer at all times</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours of work</span></p>\n<p>Full time hours can be offered for the summer period including Saturdays 9am until 4pm with a 30 minute break</p>\n<p>After this, Saturday cover and additional hours to cover holidays as mutually agreed</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p>Competitive Salary of £13.50ph plus other cross selling incentives</p>\n<p>Use of a company pool car for viewings</p>\n<p>Employee discounts and wellbeing platform</p>\n<p>Employee Assistance Programme</p>\n<p>Regular socials and annual Christmas party</p>",
