The Compensation and CAPREIT Benefits for this position can be read below.</strong></p>\n<p>- Starting at $21/HR</p>\n<p>- Medical, dental, and vision insurance</p>\n<p>- 401(k) with company match</p>\n<p>- Mental Health Day</p>\n<p>- Summer Fun Friday</p>\n<p>- You will receive paid vacation days, including your birthday!, sick days, and holidays.</p>\n<p>- Competitive bonus and leasing commission structure.</p>\n<p><strong>About Meridian at Watermark</strong></p>\n<p>Location: North Chesterfield, Virginia 23234</p>\n<p># of Units: 300</p>\n<p>Community Style: Garden</p>\n<p># of Openings: 1</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents</strong> by planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Assist the Community Manager</strong> by processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the community</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>- 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing</p>\n<p><em>- </em>Affordable Housing Requirements - BOND and LIHTC is <strong>REQUIRED</strong></p>\n<p><em>- </em>A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart</p>\n<p>- Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, Knock CMR, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software</p>\n<p>- A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>Monday - Friday/Some weekends but not every weekend</p>\n<p>#CAPREITUS</p>",
