Maintain and interpret Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, DartNet process controls, robot programs, and other systems to manage the injection molding and vacuum forming processes.&nbsp;</p>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>$28.20 - $46.50,&nbsp;</strong>\n   <ul>\n    <li><strong>Shift premium 2nd shift .50</strong></li>\n    <li><strong>Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Rotating Shift (4 on 2 off)</strong></li>\n   </ul></li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Responsible for troubleshooting any issues related to the vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, or injection molding processes, or the associated equipment.</li>\n  <li>Document and communicate with other Process Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, and Shift Supervisor results of problem solving, and any deviations from established methods or procedures that may be necessary to resolve specific issues.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Maintain documentation for process equipment such as reference sheets, monitoring sheets, waterline diagrams, gate seals, rheology graphs, robot programs, adhesive spray patterns, DartNet templates, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Manage process controls for the injection molding using DartNet system tools.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of acceptable quality standards established by the quality department to ensure maximum production of saleable parts.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Responsible for monitoring Maintenance technician mold change program loading and set-ups, as well as Operator inspecting and verifying the first spot checks to assure proper methods were followed to produce a quality part.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Assist the Production Supervisors in training of the associates for line operation and monitoring what the associates will be required to complete as part of the process controls.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Systematically check all variables to insure the best possible balance of quality and quantity under specific prevailing conditions. Supervise the adhesive spray, vacuum forming, and injection molding process to ensure proper controls are being maintained.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Schedule routine and preventative equipment maintenance to have the least adverse effect on production schedules.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Analyze operations for possible improvements in methods, procedures, or design. Recommend such improvements to the ME.
