style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><br>Structure Tone, part of STO Building Group, is looking for a Construction Project Accountant II to join their Boston division. <span style=\"color:#263238;\">The PA II role is primarily responsible for overseeing the financial activity on select construction projects,<span>&nbsp; </span>from project set-up through project close out in collaboration with the project team.</span></p><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><br><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Key duties and responsibilities for this role include the following:</span></p><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\"><strong>Project Lifecycle:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;padding-left:73px;\"><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Attend project kick-off meetings when applicable.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Provide end-to-end support for all contract types.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Participate in project reviews with the project team.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Support project teams to develop Cost to Completion Forecasts and Billing Projections.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Monitor Change Orders and other potential change items related to project budgets and project costs.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Work independently to analyze costs, identifying potential budget overruns.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:15.0pt;margin:7.5pt 0in;\"><span .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Audit potential change orders for accuracy and compliance.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Monitor sales tax compliance.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Ensure proper revenue recognition by monitoring actual cost against cost to complete forecasts.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\"><strong>Invoicing:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;padding-left:73px;\"><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Review client contracts for billing requirements, allowable markups, fee structure, retainage, waivers, tax requirements, shared savings.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Manage subcontractor progress billings and documents for compliance and timely submittal, utilizing Textura and CMiC.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Manage subcontractor payments.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Maintain billing contract format (G702, G703 format)</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Prepare system generated client requisitions, including necessary backup.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">Monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span style=\"color:#263238;\">&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul
