We are willing to train those who are willing to learn.  50 or more long term positions are opening soon. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply Today!</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>#quebe</strong></p>\n<p><strong>#LI-Onsite</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.</li>\n <li>Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.</li>\n <li>Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or test lamps.</li>\n <li>Repair and install electrical devices such as receptacles, light fixtures, light switches, lighting ballast, motors, etc.</li>\n <li>Assists in keeping building common and electrical spaces in a neat, orderly and safe condition.</li>\n <li>Accomplishes work in accordance with blueprints and specifications, and national and local codes. Updates as-built drawings as necessary, according to department policies.</li>\n <li>Attend Toolbox safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency in addition to any other recommended topics such as harassment prevention, ethics, etc.</li>\n <li>Obtain an OSHA 10 General Industry Safety and Health standards certification.</li>\n <li>Extended hours or weekend overtime may be available.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
