We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Program Manager, Talent Management, to lead the iterative design, development, and global deployment of critical talent initiatives such as Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and strategic design capabilities, hands-on program management expertise across cross-functional teams including communications & technology, cross-cultural competence, and a passion for optimizing employee experience across diverse regions. Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and evolution of global talent programs, ensuring alignment with the company's overall talent strategy, industry best practices, and business priorities. Governance & Optimization: Establish robust program governance structures, define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness, analyze data for continuous optimization, and manage relationships with external vendors. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or a related field. 8+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years specializing in Talent Management, leading programs for a business. Proven experience driving talent strategy for large organizations, preferably within product design, content design, product management or similar creative/technical fields. Strong project and program management skills, including planning, managing and delivering medium to large-scale projects as well as multiple projects simultaneously Excellent Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify critical insights, and make data-driven decisions Experience collaborating with highly matrixed and globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
