    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Sweep and mops floor once every hour as needed.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on the conveyor to dishwashing machine. Wash pots, pans and trays by hand. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Washes worktables, walls refrigerators, and meat blocks.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers or areas. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of hand truck.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Set up banquet tables when required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Puts away all clean utensils; puts away &amp; rotates stock in designated areas.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Other duties assigned.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Strain/change all deep fry oil as required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Clean and sanitize all food storage areas, walk in fridges, freezers, ovens, freestanding hot and cold boxes and dry storage areas.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Store all clean articles in the correct areas.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Polish chafing dishes for banquet, BBQ functions and prepare stations as required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Ensure all access and traffic areas are clear and clean.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Keep all equipment in the food and beverage areas are in good condition. Report any breakdowns in equipment to management. </span></li>\n</ul>",
