          "text": "<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p><p>The Nock Laboratory, in the Department of Psychology, at Harvard University is seeking a Research Assistant (RA) to coordinate and assist with studies aimed at understanding and preventing suicidal behavior among adolescents and adults presenting to the emergency room or the psychiatric inpatient unit.</p><p><br>\n<strong>Job-Specific Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>The RA’s responsibilities include participation in all phases of the research process, including: conducting literature reviews; IRB preparation; recruiting and running clinical participants; data collection, entry, and management; and administrative assistance. The RA may be responsible for recruitment and follow-up of research participants in several studies, as well as supervision of undergraduate and volunteer RAs.</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",

The RA must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also function well as part of a team. Writing, computer skills (e.g., proficiency with programming and smartphone applications), and supervisory experience are highly desirable. Prior experience working with clinically severe/suicidal patients strongly preferred.</p>",
