    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a full-time RN for our Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit&nbsp;at Inova Alexandria Hospital.&nbsp;<br/>Shift: Days – 3 x 12-hour shifts/week&nbsp;(7am-7pm)<br/>Sign on Bonus (for those new to Inova), Relocation Bonus (for those relocating)</p>\n<p>This is a highly collaborative and engaged work environment with great leadership. The MSICU is a 20-bed unit, 2:1 ratio. Patient population includes cardiopulmonary failure, adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, multi-organ dysfunction, Pulmonary hypertension, Pulmonary thrombosis, Shock syndrome(s), renal failure. advanced medical conditions &amp; co-morbidities, post-op complicated surgical cases.<br/><br/>Inova Alexandria Hospital (IAH) is a 318-bed community hospital that offers a full range of healthcare services and has received&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.inova.org/locations/inova-alexandria-hospital/awards-and-recognition\" target=\"_blank\">national recognition for healthcare excellence</a>. ACLS preferred or within 90-days.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>MSICU RN preferred qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 or more years of ICU RN experience.</li>\n</ul>",
