We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</strong></p>\n<h2>Short Description</h2>\n<p>Under the supervision of the EMS Supervisor, the EMT will provide pre-hospital Basic LifeSupport care in all weather conditions, in cooperation with other EMS providers as amember of the patient care team.Care will be rendered to patients of all ages whom experience any injury or illness, utilizingappropriate equipment and techniques to safely assess, treat, lift, move and transportpatients to appropriate medical facilities.Complete all required documentation and other assigned duties which support efficientEMS operations while maintaining a professional attitude.</p>\n<h2>Experience Required</h2>\n<p>Preferred; 2 years’ experience as a Certified EMT-B in a 911 system.</p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<p>High School Diploma</p>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>ICS-100 or equivalent and IS-700 or equivalent upon hire. ICS-200 or equivalent and IS-800 or equivalent within first year of employment.</li>\n <li>Current NJ EMT certification or eligible for reciprocity, NREMT preferred.</li>\n <li>BLS certification.</li>\n <li>Current state issued driver's license with clean driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Must be physically able to work in all weather and environmental conditions, able to lift and move patients in all circumstance and perform all duties consistent with providing ALS and/or BLS in the pre-hospital environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>All candidates must be at least 21 years of age by start date to comply with vehicle insurance requirements.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Criteria for Employee Base Fleet Driver Eligibility:</p>\n<li>Driver must be between the ages of twenty-one (21) and seventy-nine (79)</li>\n<li>Driver must show proof of valid personal automobile insurance coverage in the State of New Jersey.</li>\n<li>Driver has no reported driving related violations or accidents in the past three (3) years</li>\n<h2>Special Requirements</h2>\n<p>PRN, varies</p>\n<p>12 hours shift</p>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $23.00\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $37.00",
