This role will be full-time, day shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (must be flexible). Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address patient questions and responses about the care process and treatment options.</li><li>Participates in obtaining quality outcomes such as decreasing patient infection and readmission rates.</li><li>Develops/maintains reliable systems to document, track and monitor patient data.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelors Degree in Nursing</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 3 years of nursing experience</li><li><strong>Certification:&nbsp;</strong>Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse; Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>: Telemetry, ICU, infectious diseases, complex care coordination</li></ul>",
