    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Greets Gift Shop customers and makes note of specific customer requests.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Handles sales transactions including running cash register, credit card machine and processing payroll deductions.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Schedules volunteers for weekly shifts.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Checks stock for expiration dates and removes outdated merchandise.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Maintains the appearance of the Gift Shop so that it is neat and clutter-free.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Helps create and maintain attractive sales displays.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Accepts deliveries from vendors and checks in merchandise.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Forwards all invoices to Guild Treasurer for payment.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Inputs merchandise into inventory system to generate pricing labels and puts pricing labels per code on merchandise.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Notifies supervisor of any out-of-stock items and orders merchandise as needed with approval.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Clearly communicates and continuously supports the Mission and Values of Johnson Memorial Health.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Conducts all activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and Johnson Memorial Health policies and procedures including Blood and Body Substance Precautions.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">High school diploma or equivalent required.
