Efficiency – Complete tasks swiftly and accurately to meet production goals and client timelines.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Position Overview: CDL Driver / Operator</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We are seeking a CDL Driver to support our commercial concrete and excavation operations. Responsibilities will include transporting machine, operating eqiupment, and ensuring overall site readiness.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Operator Duties</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Excavator: High Proficiency with an excavator in digging foundations. (600-800’ per day on a straight wall for example)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Utilize grade control systems on the machine in tandem with rotating laser.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Grade Control Skidsteer: Comfortable with setting up Trimble Grade Control System on CAT Skidsteer for Flat Grades and/or 3D grading sytems</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Rotating Laser</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Robotic Total Station Control</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Grade Control Dozer:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Comfortable with setting up Trimble Grade Control System on CAT Dozer for Flat Grades and/or 3D grading sytems</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Class A Driver Duties</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Safe Transport: Drive a manual transmission truck for hauling materials on/off job sites and in/out of pits/quarries.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Road &amp; Jobsite Safety: Maneuver on roadways and job sites while loaded, maintaining strict safety protocols.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Production Goals: Achieve targeted production rates by loading/unloading efficiently and communicating project needs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Work Environment: Be prepared to work in various weather conditions and remain capable of climbing in/out of the cab, trailer, and dump body multiple times a day.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Equipment Inspection &amp; Operation: Perform pre-start/post-trip inspections, ensuring safe equipment operation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Load &amp; Unload Machinery: Secure and transport heavy equipment, properly tie down loads, and follow size/permitting requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Equipment Knowledge: Understand machine limits, dimensions, and any applicable transport regulations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">· Work Quality &amp; Accountability: Take ownership of your work.
