Driver / Operators will also operate a skid steer to load and unload microbulk liquid nitrogen tanks and deliver these tanks to customer locations. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roles and Responsibilities – will include, but not be limited to the following: </span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"> </span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Complete proper pre/post-trip inspections on truck and perform minor repairs (e.g. air leaks, lights, mudflaps).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Safely load/unload and transport liquid nitrogen to various locations in purpose-built trucks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Safely load and deliver microbulk nitrogen tanks to customer locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on our assets (tighten fittings, leak monitoring and install / replace minor tank devices).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Provide initial training to new employees and conduct regular training and coaching to all employees.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time (e.g. logbooks, trip sheets, nitrogen fill tickets).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Complete Health, Safety and Environment training / documents as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span>  </span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Valid Class A CDL</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Off road oilfield hauling experience in the local region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Valid Tanker and HazMat endorsements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Must meet all current DOT requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 1 citation and 0 at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Must have good interpersonal skills and work both collaboratively and independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Previous Cryogenic experience is an asset, but training will be provided.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">This position requires operating and maintaining nitrogen delivery equipment in remote oilfield environments. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the following essential duties safely and effectively:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Driving (≈50%)</span> – Operate a commercial truck up to 10–11 hours per shift on uneven or off-road terrain; may require installing/removing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">tire chains (40–70 lbs)</span> in adverse conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Climbing (≈10%)</span> – Enter/exit truck cab and climb onto tanks or trailers <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">20–30 times per shift</span> for inspections or deliveries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Walking &amp; Standing (≈10%)</span> – Walk and stand for up to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2–3 hours</span> at a time on uneven, muddy, or icy surfaces during field operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bending &amp; Stooping (≈10%)</span> – Regularly bend, kneel, or stoop to connect hoses, secure fittings, and perform system checks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manual Handling (≈10%)</span> – Use hand tools and delivery equipment; <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">lift, carry, or pull up to 75 lbs</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equipment Maintenance (≈10%)</span> – Perform DOT-required inspections and basic maintenance; may involve crawling under vehicles or accessing confined spaces.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span> Outdoor field settings with exposure to heat, cold, wind, and noise.
