  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Troubleshoot common machine/quality problems and make necessary mechanical adjustments to correct problems.</li><li><!--block-->Operate equipment at optimum efficiency.</li><li><!--block-->Ensure proper inner cartons are being used for product being run.</li><li><!--block-->Check for bad inner cartons and inform maintenance and/or quality technician if more than a few.</li><li><!--block-->Monitor carton quality for proper placement of metal edge and pin holes in place.</li><li><!--block-->Perform brand, size and metal changes in an efficient manner.</li><li><!--block-->Inspect inner cartons coming out of edger for quality product.</li><li><!--block-->Load inner cartons into machine hopper.</li><li><!--block-->Perform quality checks at least once per hour and complete quality check sheets.</li><li><!--block-->Clean any jams.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of line to GMP standards by removing cartons and other trash, removing dust and debris, etc.</li><li><!--block-->Complete production report and WIP load tickets.</li><li><!--block-->Troubleshoot minor quality and machine problems. Communicate more complex problems to maintenance.</li><li><!--block-->Assist with make ready whenever possible.</li><li><!--block-->Understand and follow production schedule.</li><li><!--block-->Identify substandard product or raw materials.</li><li><!--block-->Any other duties as requested or required.</li><li><!--block-->Able to and willingly operates all edgers at established average efficiency level of 90% or better.</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div>",
